The automatic dumpling maker works with already mixed dough and stuffing, which is placed in 2 separate hoppers, each of which have an independent motor to move the product into the molds, allowing the user to precisely control speed. Our system reduces the heat produced during the movement of the dough, preventing it from being half-cooked in the process, thus maintaining all its properties intact.
The dumpling maker includes 1 set of molds. Additional molds are available by separate. Molds are easy to change. You can produce different types of dumplings with 1 equipment.
The dumpling maker can produce all kinds and sizes of shui-jiao (chinese dumplings), Chinese pocket pies (such as Garlic Chives Small Box or Jiucai Hezi as known in Chinese). Optional: additional rotary press accesory can be purchased by separate, which also allows the machine to produce Xiaolongbao, pies and other kind of products.
