The steamer can cook wide range of products which are require steaming, including but not limited to pastries, sin ha pastry, hampao, siu mai, ja kao, yee chi kao, har gow, jiu cai he zi, stuffed buns, buns, Taiwanese rice bowl cake, zongzi, rice, fat pan, radish cake, red tortoise cake, beans, bean curd cakes, taro, brown sugar cakes, etc.
