The fully automatic aligning machine is fast and efficient. It can align up to 60 products per minute, and can use customized trays.

It comes with a LED touchscreen control panel, and can store up to 50 different aligning configurations. Product dimensions, position, and aligning mode can be programed. Our fully automatic aligning machine can:

Turn the tray before aligning the products in one pass
It can performed either square or staggered alignment

When used together with a tray supply system, it can drop trays and deliver trays to other equipments automatically, saving time, labor costs and increasing production.
